How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real-time. If you have an account with us, your tracking history will also be available in your order dashboard.

Do you offer combined shipping or storage?

Yes. If you wish to place multiple orders and have them shipped together to save on postage, please contact us immediately after your purchase. We also offer secure storage (vaulting) for customers who wish to accumulate a larger shipment over time. Please reach out to our team to arrange a "hold" on your items.

How long until you ship my order?

For in-stock items, we typically dispatch within 1–3 business days. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and preorder items, we will wait until all items are available before shipping the entire package unless prior arrangements are made.

What do “Preorder Only” and “Coming Soon” mean?

  • Coming Soon: These items have been confirmed and are currently in transit to us from the mint or refinery.

  • Preorder Only: These are specialized items we order on your behalf. Because these are sourced globally, arrival times can vary. If a preorder cannot be fulfilled due to mint allocation cuts, we will offer a full refund or a substitute.

Who pays for international customs fees and duties?

For international orders, all customs duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are set by your local government and are not included in our shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the volatile nature of the precious metals market, bullion orders are generally final. Non-bullion or collector items may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been packaged or shipped. Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions for our market loss policy on cancellations.

Are the coins and bullion you sell authentic?

Absolutely. Every item we sell is sourced from major refineries, government mints, or authorized distributors. With 13 years of experience in the market, we physically verify our inventory using professional testing equipment. All collector coins include their original Certificates of Authenticity (COA) where applicable.

Does GBC Bullion and Coins offer insurance for shipments?

Yes. We offer fully insured shipping options at checkout. We highly recommend selecting insured shipping to protect your investment against unforeseen issues during transit.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

If you have purchased insured shipping and your package is confirmed lost or damaged by the courier, you are entitled to a full reimbursement or replacement. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your delivery so we can initiate a claim.
